Thanks to the OP for this. Just snagged a spool for myself even though I really have no need for it. One of those deals thats too good to pass up.I'll add my 2 cents on this wire when it shows up.

yeah but ofc wont lead to carbon tracking like my cca did.... dont get me wrong i love cadence i used it on the big 3.... ill never go back to cca after using 2/0 ofc tho

Carbon tracking? I sure hope you're not buying into mis-information. Carbon track, commonly found in spark plug wires and magneto blocks, will take years to occur in CCA wire where the wire is optimal for the current being drawn.. Not to mention Carbon track is only caused by tiny arcs. These tiny arcs have a temperature around 1000 degrees Celsius and so cause intense heating of the insulation surface on a micro area basis sufficient to pyrolyse (chemically decompose by the action of heat) any organic polymer, so if that has/is happening to you then your wire is obviously completely melted.. It is more likely to corrode before it CT's and thats only if the ends are exposed to the elements. World record vehicles use CCA even.

Whats your opinion on solid aluminum busbars? Not like they make copper clad busbars.

Yeah but it uses a higher amount of copper than most CCA wire does, so it's like a halfway point. Personally, all I've ever used was 1/0 CCA and I've never had issues with it.
