well, what i meant was that saying that a couple hundred bucks will make the difference with this amp, it's probably not the amp for you... not cuz of the cost of the amp, but because of the cost of everything you will be adding to your charging system, sub stage, etc... when stepping up to this kind of power. It aint for the faint of heart, you know.

Waste? Wrong word to throw out there. Just something to keep in mind.... A Sundown SAZ-3500 costs $1,125 from SSA. That averages you 3 watts for your dollar. This amp at 12k, for $2,000, doubles that value at 6 watts per dollar.
