Deal Between Myself and Jsantoyo89

I purchased his DC 175.4 for $350 on November 23rd. I paid that day. I have had contact with him on a regular basis until Dec. 2. I asked for a tracking # he said he would after he got off work. I haven't heard a thing since. Up till then he was very cordial and polite. Now I come here and see stevendan ; claiming he scammed him and others on Facebook. I have filed a claim through PayPal until this is resolved. If I get the amp great if not I hope I get my money back. I hate people who do this , glad you paid through paypal .

First time in a very very long time I have possibly been scammed. I won't put him to the stake yet. There are people that recently purchased items and they got their stuff so I am hoping this is just a misunderstanding. I know how things can go. But I can't let it go unchecked. So either I get my money, I get my amp or I get justice either way this will be resolved. That I can promise.
