Seller didn't know exact amount for shipping cost, so an agreement was made to pay half up front and other half when I received the shipping information. I received a message from the seller saying that he didn't want to ship the item because of cost. I then asked for the amount to be refunded and haven't received anything

claim has been posted in Paypal. awaiting response
