Glad I saw this....he bought my sae-1200d from me recently and is trying to pull one over on me. As soon as I gave him tracking info he pms me and asks if the amp was insured. I then responded by telling him it was insured for 200 (50 more than the shipped price) and he pms me saying "so if the amp is damaged I get $200?" He then proceeds to ask more details about shipping insurance. Today I get a notice from Paypal that he has filed a claim for the item being significantly not as described. He hasn't contacted me in any way since the amp was delivered. Sounds like a textbook scanner to me.
