    Purchase agreement between Spooney and cyn

    I have agreed to sell cyn my Soundstream dtr1.1700D for the price of 140 shipped. At this time cyn has paid 70 dollars towards the cost of the amp with the other 70 dollars to be paid by Wednesday of next week (2/1/12) . Upon receipt of the final payment I will ship the amp to cyn within three days. Cyn also has the option of opting out of the deal altogether before the final payment is made and have his initial payment fully refunded. If final payment is not made by 2/1/12 I agree to refund the initial payment in full to cyn.
