Already did and filled out the form. I could have written a lot more but you can only write so much. To be fair he filed the claim because it arrived not as described, not whether or not it worked. So whether or not he tried out the amp is sorta irrelevant.

I just stated what i found in the amp, some dorito chips. They could have come through the RCA's for all I know, but they were there.
It actually looks really clean.
