Why does it matter? Also, a 'lie' is defined as an "intentionally false statement". To my knowledge at the time of posting the thread the amp had no prior use. As I've said countless times, the condition of the amp was very good. If I had known I would have listed the amp as LNIB, but that still doesn't change the fact that it arrived with signs of arcing and so beat up.

Jesus I just said I didn't know. I was not aware the amp was previously used. And, I'll say it again, still does not describe why the amp arrived in such bad condition (assuming it's the same amp).

Honestly this argument is just going to go back and forth and back and forth because I don't have pictures to verify that the amp was in great condition upon being shipped, and we don't know for sure if the amp rideit is posting pictures of is the same amp, because he hasn't posted pictures of the board showing the serial # or whatever it is.
