I'm Jesse Lusky from Fryeburg, Maine the original owner. Hes Jesse Roux from another place close by, when I sold him the amplifier I told him it was slightly used but brand new in box, I concider BNIB 10/10 mechanically and atleast 9/10 cosmetic, what happened after it left my hands I have no clue, but Jesse in person was a very chill dude I doubt hed be out to rip anyone off. He's worried this isn't the amplifier and that hes going to be scammed thats why he doesnt want to refund, but on the other hand I do understand it was NOT BNIB so Rideit has a reason to be angry, all in all I think he should just keep the amplifier concidering BNIB that amplifier goes for almost $300. I mean it makes sense that hes angry, but if money isn't a problem like he states then he should realize $170 for this amplifier in the condition Jesse sold it in or atleast the condition I traded it in was worth WAY more than he sold it for...

I was going to sell it for $250 the way I gave to Jesse haha and he shipped it basically the next day because he never hooked it up. I HOOKED IT UP for him and told him all is well and he saw it I have pictures and videos of it working fine with dates on my facebook.

Haha thanks its not bad off 1.2K I guess :-p anyways guy, just keep the amplifier it's a good deal for everyone, if you are scamming just leave it alone if you aren't then you have nothing to complain about. Jesse is a good dude he spent the money and hes unemployed it would take weeks to pay that money back. I feel bad for both parties and I somewhat feel at fault, if anything I'm to blame NOT Jesse. and yes I will be a regular here because SMDforums are full of Power Hungry douche mags like N8baller that ******* guy has some nerve saying I'm a noob because Dave from PSI gave me a gimped subwoofer and I was complaining about it.

Anyways Jesse is HARD HEADED and I dont see him sending it back and honestly Paypal is NOT going to do a **** thing because this has happened many times you'd be more likely to get a case on eBay. Don't waste your time and money if Jesse doesn't want to send it back you're basically stuck either way, I hate to say it but again thats why I trade locally. Only thing I can imagine jesse WOULD do is maybe refund some money to make it more worthy in your eyes but I doubt it concidering you ALREADY got a killer deal on that amplifier.

A killer deal on an abused amp is no deal at all. But I would entertain this AFTER I hook this up. I have something like 6 hours of internet time dealing with this, and that is ching. An apology and a partial refund, and anything is possible.
