So I saw he had an iphone for sale or trade for a dd so I responded that I had a dd I would be willing to trade straight up he agreed so I sent the dd and he has had it for a week and I still do not have the iphone I have sent him numerous pms and no response at this point I was wondering what my options are. I sent the dd out with delivery conformation so I know he has it and he did confirm that he recived it but the last pm I got from him was before fathers day with him stating he would give me a tracking number and I have no tracking number. This iphone was gonna be a birthday gift for the wife and her birthday was on the 15th.

call his local pd and give them his name and tell him he scammed you through us mail

well I contacted his local pd and they said I have to contact my local pd cause it was an internet deal but I still have all the pms saved so I'm going to print them out and visit my local sheriff department and get this ball rolling

Looks like u know what needs to be done. File complaint with local PD for mail fraud. By chance you didn't use usps?? If you did go to their office after u have filed paper wrk with ur local PD then file a complaint with usps. Cause now the feds will get involved since you used the usps. yea, I know they are slow and **** for shipping but on the good side you mess with them and you just messed with the wrong company. They take stuff like this very serious.

I cant do anything without proof. Get PM's, proof you shipped your item to him, etc.
