I bought an amp from a guy on here a few days ago, just received it today. The first thing I did when I got it was opened it up to take a look at the guts...well one of the components has all three of it's legs broken and the one next to it has at least one leg broken. I don't know what to call it so I'll just call it a "mosfet" because it's in that style package, but it's actually a diode. It reads FMU 34R. Not sure where to go from here, I've never had anything like this happen before. So what's fair? Should I pay for return shipping? Should he have to? Does he refund my entire payment including shipping? Like I said, something like this has never happened to me before so I don't really know what a fair deal is...
Here's a few pics. It's really hard to see it because it's so **** small, tough to get the detail I need with my ****** digi cam. The one on the right has all 3 legs broken, the one on the left has at least it's far left leg broken.
