    did you even check his refs? if he has some good refs then maybe he is really busy...but if he is brand new here like you then you prolly got scammed my friend. id suggest getting every bit of personal info you can and see what you can do...paypal will give you his phone number...call them then call him and talk in person...

    there are a couple of positive feedback threads so i dont know. usually when people start threads like this, with a little research you find there was nothing but bad feedback about them and i blame the buyer but in this case i really cant. goodluck with this, i hope everything turns out ok. but 3 weeks, thats a little ridiculous. busy or not you can find some time to ship what you sold or you shouldnt be selling in the first place.

    i bet he went and spent the money and realized he didnt have the money to cover shipping costs and is stalling until he does. thats usually the case in these situations.
