If he still had money in his PayPal account then there's a chance cause it's frozen as soon as you file a claim. Since it was like 3 weeks before you made a claim then I doubt it. Reality is you're screwed.
Don't buy from just anyone online.
If you don't know them always check out their references.
Never buy from new people unless they have a good rep elsewhere.
well i got my update from paypal just to have them say its taking longer than expected to make a decision and they will get back to me
Paypal is still reviewing the case ... even if they said it would be settle by 19th of july
