I wish I could say I feel the same!

I bought an Alpine PDX 1.1000 amp from him. When it broke after about 2 years of use, I sent it in to Alpine to be fixed. Yes, I expected to have them cash my $70 check and fix it... Anywhoo, they didn't fix it and they sent it back because the SERIAL number was scratched out / defaced!

I called Alpine to find out if I had any options of paying more to fix it - they said NO. When I asked if there was anything I could do, they told me "CALL THE POLICE & File a complaint!"

I PM'ed him about 2 weeks ago when this happened and he didn't respond :-(

Anyone have a solution?
