well i made a thread on 3/07 about needing a 500/1 amp

he pmed me about having one and i sent paypal same day. he was supose to send out Monday with tracking number..well its a week later and no amp or tracking number.

so i get on here looking through the classifieds see his thread from last year. its the same amp and pics he sent to me supposedly sold in december

i read his thread about the problems and it seemed he was doing the right thing giving him the benefit of doubt.

but same picks amp sold in his fs add and now i think i am screwed

I sold the amp to a guy in Canada, it was in transit for 2 months and was returned to me for lack of proper docs. I has refunded the origional buyer his money and then offered to sell it to you because you were looking for one. I am sorry about the delay, and promise I am doing everything possible to get it to you this week.

kmanian is one of the most trustworthy people on here. if by some chance he hasnt shipped or shipped slow he will do something to make it right like always.

I would give the man some time to get back to u.Some people might know me as the guy that won a 15inch sundown a few months back and i got it after some ups issues. hes a good guy and im sure your not the only one hes sellin stuff to..

Or better yet why didn't you have him send you pictures with the date and his screen name like 99.9% of the people on here would have done. I'm assuming he gave you such a good price on it that you jumped on it without thinking. But he's one of the better seller's on this forum so you have nothing to worry about.

On one deal with some subs, couple problems and Kmanian made it right and followed through completely. He probably gets tons of pm's. He is always trading stuff, selling or buying. I would post a message under where he posts, not a whole thread with his name...

i just tried calling him. it went straight to his voicemail so chances are hes trying to take care of family issues right now. im sure he will be on later this afternoon or tonight.

OP, the guy in question has had a couple issues like this IIRC about being slow with shipping as he does have a child who I believe needs a lot of attention. Not making excuses, but he is 110% legit. I am confident he will come through.

I would be pissed about something after a week too if there was no communication.

Funny how the one guy in the build log thread see's no wrong doing in himself after a few hours. This is a week and still getting ripped, lol!

kmanian is a very good guy I wouldn't doubt him for one second. He is fairly busy right now so just give him some time. Can't be quick to assume things. I'd trust him over everyone in the this forum.

He has a lot goin on in his life with the IRS and his son... So give him a break.... im sure something came up... He will either refund your money or send you the amp.

Just be patient man...

If the guy has a family problem or something is wrong with his son(im not sure about that situation) he may be somewhere with a dead phone and no way to ship or contact you. You should find out quick in life that **** happens. If you had a family problem and say your son was in the hospital I can promise you that shipping something will be the last thing on your mind. I was going to purchase a sundown saz3000 from him for 750 and pay up front and go pick it up when it came in, well i got ready to pay and he told me they sold out so not to send the money so he is obviously legit or he would have fvcked me on that deal. He is also a authorized sundown dealer so I doubt he is trying to screw anyone and hurt that name

I just read this whole thread, and I want to say thank you guys for the positive thoughts, in a pretty ****** time in my life it was really nice to see the way I am viewed by some on here.

I haven't experienced losing a ton of money just like that, but my mom went from making 60k to 1100 a month and was a hard transition. I can't phatom what you are going through........Good luck bud!
