I bought a netgear modem from him. He shipped it out, but forgot the power cord. I reminded him after I received it, and he shipped it out. I told him no rush...so it sent it the slowest and cheapest way (which I would have done). I hadn't received it yet, so I pm'd him about it. He went ahead and refunded my money, since it hadn't got here...which I never asked him to do. VERY STAND-UP guy in my opinion for doing this.
