I wish our transaction went smoothly... Paid for the XXX 12" and never got it.. heard from you twice both times stating you'd have me a tracking number X days later.. and nothing. I had to trace down information on you and got a phone number.. Called once and got a woman and left a msg for you.. called numerous times later to have my called ignored. Finally almost 2 months after the transaction paypal backed me on the claim and I got my money back..
I figured from all your good refs I would have not had to deal with what happened
