Pending sale agreement

this is just a post for public knowledge to keep track of the sale and avoid any issues with the sale with either member.

all 4 of my MT 12s are pending payment from
reaudiofan

terms of sale will be that payment be sent in form of cashiers check or bank check in the amount of $xxxx.xx due to recent scammers.

this is in no way saying that reaudiofan is a scammer, just that he is a new member that thanks to scammers this is the way i feel most comfortable. all pm's will be saved to show the agreement between myself
bones22 and reaudiofan untill the sale is completed and subs delivered.

subs are boxed and ready to ship the day payment is received and bank accepts and cashes the bank check/cashiers check.

i have asked reaudiofan to reply to this thread to verify agreement.

as requested by reaudiofan i will take the subs out of the boxes to provide pictures of the subs with my screen name and date first thing in the morning when i can get into my storage unit.

I have read the above agreement and everything is 100% correct, the cashiers check will be sent out tommrow 5/5/08

If every transaction went that legit, Id agree with you 100%. But not all transactions go down like that, do they?

Its easy for you to say someone is being paranoid when its not your money on the line. Four MT's is gonna be a decent sized transaction, I dont blame either guy here for being careful. Both appear to be responsible people I wouldn't mind dealing with if it ever came up, judging by this thread.

the tape you see on the basket is from scottiej before the were reconed.
he put it on so that if a tinsel broke there wouldnt be any damage to the amps he said.
