I just purchased my AQ1200D and an extra decal sticker. I received the amp but didn't receive the sticker, obviously no big deal it's only a sticker and it was $3.00. But I sent an E-mail just saying that I didn't receive it and I was wondering if maybe I forgot to order it when I thought I had and here's the response I received:
I looked at your order and you did order a logo. The logos are shipped from a different location and it looks like we dropped the ball so I am going to ship you via US postage two logos and two window stickers at no additional charge.
It may be “just” a logo but you paid for it and should have gotten it. I apologize for the inconvenience.
This is how a business should be ran, very professional and takes care of their customers, a lot of companies could learn a lesson or two from this single E-mail response. If you happen to read this DJ or anyone who works at Audioque, thanks and keep up the good work.
