This thread is in regards to my transaction with manosteel916 (Alex). We traded some equipment and what I got was received in great shape, as described. The speakers I sent arrived in their separate packages, one being perfectly fine and the other was received with a frozen coil. Alex was very calm about the situation while I looked for a replacement. He let me use all his information for my claim with fedex and basically helped make a bad situation transform into a good one while I got a brand new woofer shipped to his door. All worked out as fedex did cut me a check for the broken equipment.

Not enough good things to say about Alex and I thank him for his understanding when such things happen that are beyond the shipper's control! A+
