I was going to get a dd 9515 recone form him i sent him the money with paypal. the next day i had some thing come up with my boy so i ask him if i could have my money back he said ya but he had to send it back to his ppl. So i said ok thats cool well a week later no money i pm him the other day he said still did not have it. well now he will not get back to me. should i give a him a tell monday or just go to ppl to get my money back?

I hope this goes ok, he seems like a stand up guy. I was wanting the recones, but now sense I am moving, IDK if anyone where I am moving to can recone t.

Since it's been a week already, my advice is to start a Paypal dispute and see how he responds to it. Once you start the dispute though, don't cancel it no matter what until after you have your money back. Once you cancel a dispute, you're pretty much out of luck 'cause you can't open it up again.
