Typerbass Joe Hammel = Very Bad Seller

I sent him money for a Kinetick battery that he was selling with the agreement that one of his team mates bring tham to MECA World finals. Something happened and nobody was able to bring it. Pmed him same night he said he would refund my money that week. I have not talked to him since. Even tried sending messages through his team mates for him to get in contact with me. Filed a dispute with paypal no luck. Just escalated it to a claim. I know we all have problems but when you have had someones money for almost a month you should atleast keep the communication going.

He just issued refund through paypal that is pending. I kinda feel like an *** for putting this thread up. But communication is the best tool to make an online transaction go smoove. If someone wants they can delete this thread.

I agree he is a bad seller. I had a similar experience when buying a ZX2500.1 from him. I paid, he said he would ship it in the next couple of days, and then he disappeared. Finally a week later or so, he popped back up saying he would ship it in the next couple of days, and a another week later I finally got it. And he had the nerve to get pissed off with me for talking **** like this about him. Good luck.

I wouldn't buy anything from someone who quit and sold all his stuff. He has nothing to loose.
