Hello all. I recently traded a Rockford Fosgate P2 10" sub for a 15" RE SR sub. I got the P2 from my sister, she's not too big into car audio, so I took it home. The sub sat in my house for a few days. I took it outside and tested it on my Splash Neon 302, and it was working fine. It then sat in my house for another 2 weeks or so, and me and Rich00 (Fellow member on here) decided to trade subs. We met in person and the transaction went very smoothly. He didn't get a chance to hook up the P2 until recently. I also didn't know what VC configuration it, 'cause I never took it out of the speaker box. He took it out and found out that one of the coils weren't hooked up so he did hook everything up. He bought a new box for it some time during the time. Anyway, he hooked it up and found out that it had hardly any output at all. If I would have known that this woofer was somehow messed up I wouldn't even have considered offering the sub. I do not want to screw people over. I feel very terrible about it. I just want people to know what I did, and that I had no intentions of doing this to him. We have been talking and are trying to figure something out. He doesn't seem to worried about it, but I hate the fact that I screwed anyone over, so I'm trying to make it right. Thanks for reading, and I hope this doesn't discourage anyone to do business with me in the future.
