The laptop was under warranty, it had a modem in it I can show you pictures where I had it on the net. Go ahead file your **** with who ever you want. Either way I will win as I have done nothing wrong as far as you go.

Im not talking about me screwing him.

He sold a laptop on ebay FOR ME. The laptop had been completely rebuilt due to past problems. I am a tech and can prove it. So I fixed it got him to sell it. 3 weeks after its all said and done the buyer on ebay comes back saying there is no modem in the laptop. Well I flipped because I know it had a modem I can show picture I still have of it online. Ok so he emails me threating me with some stupid ****. I denied the fact because again I can prove it had a modem in it. So this ******* sends these people the money to buy a modem???? Why the laptop was under warranty dell would have replaced it for nothing? Now he wants to come and threaten me for the $50 dollars. Ok well first I disagree that he has any say so in this forum as this did not take place here. Second its not my fault he ****ed up and sent the seller the money when he could of had them call dell? I would have replaced the modem if they could show some proof that it did not have one in it but they didn't nor did he...So why should I do anything about the situation its not my fault? I understand he is trying to keep good feedback on ebay I completely understand but Im not giving money without some kind of proof.

Still No Reply back From dewitt with my item we traded for & the tracking # that was promised to be shipped and tracking # sent to me first thing Monday So I just Filed Criminal Charges And A complaint with the FBI for Internet Fraud A few Min's ago since i checked and waited till todays end, Well dewitt everything from now on is because of your actions!!

Update in reguards for my stuff dewitt finally came through so i will take back ething like i said i would before when or if he came through!! he was a little slow on shipping but finally shipped it and i finally recieved my item !! Thanks dewitt !!
