I was wondering if it is tough to make these. I have never made a subwoofer box in my life so I have no experience. Do you think I could do it with a good thorough design, and if I really take my time and measure twice cut once and all that stuff?

if you have a design, they are basically the same as making a sealed box, just a couple more panels

get homedepot to cut the deminsions you need then all you have to do is piece if together like a puzzle add a little glue in between the seems drill some screws thru it to hold it in place then bring it home and get a jigsaw and cut out the holes for the subs and the holes for the terminals.. its that easy and if you want it too look better get some carpet and cover it its not hard and its fairly cheap
average total cost: <50$

sheet of MDF: $22-$24
they may charge $0.25 or $0.50 per cut
box of screws: few bucks
wood glue: few bucks
but then you need drill, drill bit, counter sink, jig saw, and 90* angle clamps are **** handy
