i would get a radio with 3 sets of RCA preamp outputs. it would be even better.
if you get a radio with 3 sets of RCA preamp outputs, you'll have front, rear, sub outputs.
with the subwoofer outputs you can control your subs.

I'd also check for a head unit with built in crossovers. not necessarily a big deal.. but definitely a nice option.

a crossover is like a network, that separates the different frequencys and sends them to different components.
for example if you have a radio with a build in low-pass crossover and a high-pass crossover, then you can send the low frequencys to your subs and high frequencys to your speakers or tweeters, so each component would sound its best.
and YES i would recommend a headunit for under 200 but make sure you get a brand named one like, Alpine, Pioneer, Clarion, Kenwood.
the pioneer deh-p4700mp is a good or even a deh-p6700mp or a Alpine CDA-9847

Look on ebay for a refurbed pioneer premier. Outstanding head units.
