6-3/4" Components?

Ok, so I'd like to replace my current dor speakers (Pioneer TS-D170R) with some components. I'd like to get a little bit more mid-bass, plus the current ones distort a little when I push it too much. However, what I really want is a 6-3/4" driver; I figure that extra little bit of surface area would help over a 6.5". Does anyone have some suggestions? It's going to be getting pushed by about 75w, and will be in a '03 Neon.

Also, what are some good components that would fit, even if they're 6.5"? I'm on somewhat of a limited budget and will probably stake out eBay for a good deal on whatever it is. Thanks!

Depends on how much you have to spend. An actual dollar amount.

Low :) I'm shooting for between $80-100 used. I don't really want to buy em new, because that's too much cost... I can only justify so much!
