awsome build.

i was wondering how you got the outline of your trunk to get such a precise cut.

prolly made a cardboard template and then traced it ti match the 'floor' of the vehicle.

lookin great tho. it will look even better when the box\carpet is on there.

A+ job so far.

that still seems like it'd be tough to do.

I used a piece of cardboard for a template, then I used a bandsaw to cut the MDF

that still seems like it'd be tough to do.

you can also take a dowel atleast a foot long, and hot glue a pencil or grease pencil at a 90 degree angle. as far away from the edge you are tracing as you need. then run the end of the dowel arround the contours of the vehicle as you are drawing the shape out on your piece of wood. you can sand and shape the piece to a perfect fit from there. THat is easy and accurate..

so many people post drunk or somewhat intoxicated on this forum...it can be bad. on a seperate note that false one looks very nice. did you do an angled slot on that tire job? and to follow my own advice I should now be going

I've done a little more on my false floor. Hopefully, I'll be able to start putting in the plexi glass panels Sunday. I'll, just need to figure out a little ventilation issues.
