re 8 box question

I'm putting two RE8 in my girls new car. I have a power acoustik amp 150X2@2. What is the largest I should go on the sealed box? Should I add polyfill? SQ set up with MEMPHIS ref. and PA 70x2@4 to the doors. ALready have the amps,subs, wires, have to buy the MEMPHIS still.

Sealed .5 cubic feet.
Ported 1 cubic foot.

Thats the largest I would go for each.

Why not just go with .37 sealed or .5 ported each???

I was thinking .5 tuned to 25-30hz. But the amp doesnt have a ssf. And I heard sub blow easier when ported. Dont want to have to find single 2ohm re8's.

Yeah then throw it in .3 to .5 cubic feet each sub sealed.
