ok seriously tho. Will 35 be enuff? I wanna keep the front flat tho. No hexagon thing. I was thinking since I have 14 height i could mount the middle ten a little higher than the two bottom.

but what about the space in between the subs? Like where they are screwed. Will those piece come out too thin?

It should be braced between the subs anyway.... a 14x35 panel is begging for bracing, even if you only had one sub on that panel.

In my setup i had 38" I fit 3 10's in with much room to spare + a port, i was working with about the same hieght too. So yes you do have enough room for 3 10's

Separate chambers arn't necessary, and you're better off with one common chamber for a ported application. But you should still have some form of bracing. Use a divider just like it was a separate chamber, but cut out some of the meat so that air can freely pass through. It should end up looking like a +. Or you can just use a 3" or bigger hole saw and put a bunch of holes in the dividers.
