For some reason when I turn my system up, the song that plays skips as my subs are hitting. When I turn my system down and my subs aren't hitting as hard, the song I play doesn't skip. Why is this??

Well common sense would tell you that your deck is rattling causeing your deck to skip.

If it is how can i get it to stop rattling? The CD player is the lowest brand Kenwood.

Make sure your install kit is properly secured in your dash. Otherwise may have to consider a hu upgrade.

I have a cheap Kenwood deck but I kinda want the Pioneer DEH-P7700MP or the Alpine CDA-9853 whenever I get some money.

haha thats a pretty obvious problem. sub shaking car + cheap deck = skipping. i recommend u get a deck with better shock protection yo. the pioneer and alpine would be great choices.

just keep your volume down until you save up enough money. or you can get one of the cheaper alpines (like the 9821) which only skips when you hit a pot hole.

customize the deck maybe better but it will cost you $$$. guess i'd rather use the option of buying a better head unit.
