I just bought an Infinity Kappa Perfect 12 VQ subwoofer, and am planning on building (or buying) a sealed enclosure for it.

I would go ported, but I think it would be a pain to put one into my trunk, which is the biggest concern.

I drive a 2001 Mustang, and the trunk opening is incredibly unforgiving. I need to get 1.25 cubic feet of enclosure without the height exceeding 13". Any suggestions? Does anybody know of prefab boxes that will work in my trunk?

Help Please!! Thanks =]

http://www.caraudio.com/vb/showthread.php?t=86316It's smaller than you want, but it's cheap as hell.
I bought the sub that was in it, and he's a great guy to deal with.

oh and prefabs ****

Hey, undercoverpunk,

Thanks, but the kappa perfect needs a 7" mounting depth. This one is a bit short of that.

My bad you have VQ's, forgot the mounting depth was different.

I'd just build it yourself. The box will be a lot better.
