If you want sql go for 32hz or lower. Since you mostly listen to rock id say 28hz.

It needs to be bigger, maybe go to 1.2cubes, and tune it atleast below 35, 32 may be good for you, 28 would probly need too much power area/volume that you don't have to sacrafice.

40 is frickin high for daily. let the box grow bigger so itll drop its balls and have a deeper voice around 28hz.

Thx, the wonders of photoshop and boredom. :veryhapp:

If you can afford the space, I would really try to go for the 28hz.

i know 40hz is way to high I have been out of audio for a long time and decided to do a small set up in my truck and i know better than to go with a prefab box but it was colder than shat when i put it in and the shop sold me the premade memphis box for $50 matched the spec of the woofer so i figured what the hell learn the hard way i guess I'm gonna build a new box next week i can go a lil bigger so i'll try that. not worried about power i have a directed 750d i'm gonna try 28hz and see how that works out.

If i go bigger how much bigger i seen a recomendation for 1.2cf how big would be considered to big i think i can squeeze 1.25-1.5cf without loosing leg room would that be to big

and thanks for the replys
