Meter in NJ?

I thought my local Zippo's had a meter but they didn't and not even they themselves know of where a meter could be. Anyone here know in or out around Middlesex County?

I worked at radio shack for 2 years..... their meters arent very good.
I "borrowed" one and pegged it at 130.... then it just said error.
