it seems like CDA-9835 is more expensive then CDA-9855 when it comes out. execpt the glide touch pad wut other function improved from CDA-9835 to CDA-9855? should i just keep my 35 or sell it and buy 55?

im still concidering. also, it seems like 9855 doesnt have those graphics that 9835 those. 9855 screen is just simple and plain as i see the pictures.

wut do u guys suggest?

i suggest the 9835--that glide strip seems like it might be prone to going out if exposed to elemental extremes.

I was stateing the same thing, if it is like a laptop glide touch pad, it is worthless in extreme heat ect... who knows, we will just have to see! Other than that all the features look the same.

Apparently the 9855 has easier Navigation through menus and the like from the I-pod adapter. If you are planning on hooking up an I-pod, get the 9855. Otherwise, the 9835 is really sweet.

the 9835 doesnt have the ai-net hook ups? i still not sure if i want the old or new. both are about the same price. i would possible get the older one if i could get for under $400 new. but i do want an ipod and sirius radio.
