i was looking on the power acoustik website and i saw a sub called mofo i and was interested in it and i was wondering if they where any good and if good how good do they stand up to the new cvr 15''

The MOFO is primarily an SPL woofer. Im too lazy right now to remember what the CVR is, but the MOFO is a power hungy sub and it should rattle your balls quite sufficiently.

The SPL (power acoustik made) 15"s I had were incredibly power hungry. Not that they got loud, they were just inefficient.Their "93 db" efiiciency is nowhere near as loud as my IA 187 12"s "91" db efficiency.

ow ok well i need some super ****** subs that aren't that power hungry even though i am not really worried about it i am gonna push what ever i get with a hifonics brutus 1500d so i think i am pretty set i i have $180 dollars and i want 15's either 1 super loud or 2 pretty close to it i don't want any kicker because thats all that people around here want or have so iwant to be different if anybody can help me out that would be great

The PA MOFO is a beast. They are a heavy duty sub. If you do not even have close to the Rms power do not even waste your time getting them. They are very power hungry and won't give you any output if you don't have enough power. But they do have great SPL just don't expect them to have perfect sq.

maybe the db drive platinum's???i think they're like $115 and handle 1000rms.....or the soundstream tarantulas i think the t12-14 or somethin like that.haven't heard' em but i have heard that they get loud.........
