On the ID site, it says the CX62 mids are designed for the X2 crossover, however I am wondering if there will be any complications with them on the CS.1X x-over with the horns?

Depends.....by looking at the website, it says the HLCD sets were available with 2ohm or 4ohm mids. In all likelyhood, you couldn't use the 2ohm mids with the passives designed for 4ohm mids, and vice versa. But if you had a passive designed for the 2ohm mid, then yes, it would work.

Call up or e-mail ID and ask.....they're good people and will answer your question for ya.

Words from ID (John I think?):

The CS1.X crossover is designed work with 2 or 4 ohm loads. When you use a two ohm speaker, the crossover point my change a little but the CD-1E horns will take care of that, no problem.

Now I just need to find a use for the other two channels on my Eclipse amp, center sub between the rear passenger feeting area?
