CL-61a crossover connection

Is it just me or are the speaker wire connectors on the crossovers of CDT CL-61a's really poorly built. I already has to replace one since the screw mechanism broke.
Now I can't get the connection to be stable on one of them, and nothing seems to be broken. By this I mean that the wires are plugged in, but when I hit a bump in the road I for example don't hear the left midbass speakers. Hit a next bump, I hear it again.

it might not be the x-over did you look at the back of the midbass to see its connection. i never had a problem with my cl-61 x-overs and they are mounted right infront of my sub pounding the f*** out of them.

I'm sure it's the crossover connection since whenever the music stops I can just hit my glovebox (where the crossovers are) and the music will return.

are they the 456 or 560 crossovers? the 456 had crappy terminals in my opinion.

I had a problem with them too and ended up soldering pigtails off the crossover bypassing the connector that was failing.
