i See it has been delieved yet nothing in my possesion?

said it was signed by me at 2:30pm

i was in school from 1:50pm-8:05pm. what the heck?

Check and make sure they didn't deliver to the wrong address.

Often times UPS will drop the package off in the back yard in a BBQ or hidden away from eye shot. If it says it's been delivered, check around the house or with neighbours.

well if it says someone signed for it, and no one did, id call them and see whats up.

adire says i have to look at it as a theft. since i signed for it(which is bull) there is nothing adire or UPS can do about it. ups said they cannot send me a copy of the signature, but adire is getting it instead of me, so they are going to fax it to me.




since i was in school. checked neighbor's didnt have it, check every where. didnt have it.

You won't get it. The chargeback would be against Adire; and Adire fulfilled their end of the agreement. Your dispute is with UPS, not Adire.....a chargeback won't do you any good. You could try to dispute only the shipping charges, but there is proof the item was shipped (i.e. tracking number) and "delivered", so that likely won't fly either.

If AE has one of those "0 liability" policies, you could try to use that to get your money back, since right now it appears to be a lost/stolen item (by someone other than yourself).

Other than that, hound the **** out of UPS till you get your way. Ask them to send the signature to your bank to compare the signature to your signature card at the bank (assuming you have some sort of account). It's your signature (supposedly), I don't know why you shouldn't be allowed to demand to see it.

And since I'm an ***, I'd also contact my local police department and report it as a stolen item. I'm sure UPS won't be happy with the police sniffing around :evil:
