Changing Cd's then HU shuts off..

ok so i was going to my 10 disc cd changer in my trunk, then i turned the cd changer around since it was laying on my trunk and all of a sudden my HU doesnt work!

i checked the wires to the cd changer, seems fine, any other tips guys?

if not, imma have to save up for a new HU :/
