CD8454 Help Please

i'm trying to format my memory stick to use ESN, and its not allowing me to format it at all. i check that its not locked, i can format it in my computer but its not the same format for the CD8454 to setup ESN. can some one help? i press and hold the format button, and the thing doesnt say formatting.....

One of the guys at the shop got his working without any problems. I would suggest calling Eclipse tech support tomorrow and have them help you. Their # is 800-233-2216. They are on the west coast so allow some time for the time difference.
