i know that
Lv = Av*1.84*10^8/[Vb*1728*(Fb/0.159)^2] - 0.823*sqrt(Av)
but does that mean (Av*1.84*10^8) or Av*1.85*[(10^8)/(Vb*1728*(Fb/0.159)^2)] or are they the same?? (sorry i'm kinda out of it and i'm rusty on my order of operations lol)

BEDMAS ...
Step 1 - Brackets
Step 2 - Exponents and Roots
Step 3 - Division and Multiplication

(Av*1.84*10^8) or Av*1.85*[(10^8)/(Vb*1728*(Fb/0.159)^2)]
those aren't the same (1.84 & 1.85)...off by10^6...
you're saying is:
(A * B * C)/D
the same as
A * B * C/D
answer is yes...
ex:
if A=1, B=2, C=3, D=4,
(1 * 2 * 3)/4 = 6/4 = 3/2 = 1.5
(1 * 2 * 3/4) = 2 *.75 = 1.5

also, when you divide by a number, you invert & multiply
so (A * B * C) / D =
A * B * C * 1/D
so you can say A/D or B/D or C/D times all the rest..
