looking for some sound deadener for my liftgate

i think we all know what a rattling liftgate/trunk sounds like by now :crap: i want to purchase some type of good sound deadener to do just the liftgate, but i have no experience with this stuff. so my questions....whats a good brand? where can i get it? how much will i need to do just a liftgate (grand cherokee)? how is it applied? thank you.
