i found these pics of a fiberglass truck box that looked real nice. and it dont take up any extra room, maybe it'll give some of you guys some ideas.cool box (http://www.sounddomain.com/memberpage/372071/6)
very cool. he even fixed that usacoustics amp that was toasty.
looks like good work to me. id give it a go if it were my car.

you basically make the box too big, measure the volume (packing peanuts work well) then backfill till its the right size for the tuneage that you wanted. not too hard.

yeah, but packing peanuts still have curves in them, meaning they aren't EXACT..:(

but you have to remember. they will have the same "airspace" between them (as long as you dont squish them down) when you measure them. so they work perfect. you may be off by at most .05 cubes... but that may change tuning like what- 1 or 2 hz?
unless you are going SPL, theres no way in hell you will notice the difference. :waycrazy:
