Memphis comps

I have the chance to buy a set of Memphis MCSQ6.5's (demo models) for $225 Canadian (about $185usd). Normally they sell for $499 Canadian at this place. I listened to them and they sound really good, but I havn't anything to compare them to...

Does anyone have any experience with these comps? Should I be warry about buying demo models?

How do they stack up to CL-62's?

Should I jump on this opportunity?

i am running that same set of memphis's in my g/f's 97 taurus. before that i had a set of oz vector 5.5" comp and i think the memphis' were by far the better set.
