ok, i have 2 12" pioneer premier 2000spl's, and i want to build a ported box to go in my 90 camaro....my current box plans are this....40"w X 20"D X 10.5"H (3.511 net box volume, with (2) 4" diameter ports (eatel.net's calculator said they would be 13.69" long) and the box will be tuned to 34 Hz....

I tried to calculate 1 big slot port but found it to be difficult, (i'm a C student) lol.....

please help me with this box, and throw in any tips you may have to help a newb out...it's not my first box, but it is my first ported box....

QUESTION:

1. Is this box okay for these subs?

any help would be greatly appreciated..........

are you going to build the box yourself out of mdf???


from those specs that you wanted my shop can build that box out of all plexiglass. it will be 1200 +/-. might be alittle much though. but it will be hella sick.
