double layered baffle???

ok in my box im going to be running 2 12 orion h2s now i will have the subs mounted on the top of the box. there is about 3" of space from the outer edge of the bos to the edge of one woofer the 3" between the woofers then about 3" untill the wall of the port. is this enough to support the woofers? should i maybe add a second layer on top? or is there something else that should be done to support the weight of the woofers when installed?

You could run some threaded rod through the baffle, that'll give you the support you need on that baffle...but it won't hurt to add a second baffle either...

im mostly worried about when i get the subs moving i dont want it to crack. i think i will add that second baffle just in case.
