i need to make my sub box smaller inside as i have 2 much space. any ideas of what i can use 2 fill the space. also in my instructions for my sub it says that i need 2 lightly stuff with fibre what is it and where can i get it from

The stuff you use to fill pillows. You can get it at Wal-mart in the crafts dept. Cheap.

nice cheers mate. the thing is i will have 2 buy a $400 plane ticket to fly 2 the U.S and then go 2 wal-mart, not so cheap lol.

lol....any fabric stores there? or sacarfise your sleep and go grab your pillow and there ya go your sub will be happy at least!

so any idea of what i can use to fill the spare space. i don't want 2 be fibreglassing the inside as its going 2b well difficult and if im going 2 use some putty filler im going 2 need a **** load.

The fiber will act as if you have a larger box. So i'm not sure that is what you want. I dont remember what pounds=Sqft but...

Anything to take up space will work. Ie. 4x4 pieces of wood, bricks, your boss.... Ect.

my sub instructions say, 1 cubic foot space stuffed with fibre. my sub box which i have made is over this amount of space so i need 2 fill it.

Most sealed and vented enclosures require 1/2 lb. of dampening material per cubic foot of enclosure.

put braces in? maybe tha twill take up some space? unless u allready have..
