Round off edges. The key with port noise is to increase airflow.

question about port noise....

the back and top parts of my box is out of fiberglass, the other parts of the port will be out of MDF.

just sand the fiberglass part smooth to eliminate port noise?

You don't need to sand the Fiberglass inside the box. Just make sure it is a straight flow. No huge bumps in the fiberglass. Of course It wouldn't hurt to do it.
