I going to replace the speakers on my new car. factory system s*cks.

I have a 4-channel kenwood KAC-849 [email protected] amp that i'm going use. so i'm looking for two pairs of speakers.

I thinking of buying the Alpine SPS-170A or Pioneer TS-A1680R or Sony XS-V1635X.

which speakers r better?

are those pioneers the rev series with the yellow kevlar cone?, if they are they are pretty decent speaks, other wise the alpines are your best bet, you really should get some componenst for the front 6.5 space, it you like alpine the type s components are pretty decent for the money

I had the SPS-170, I couldn't recommend them. I thought they lacked bass, almost non-existant. The tweeter was a bit too too bright as well. I've upgraded to components and am happy with the results.

If it's coaxils you want, check out Boston Acoustics or even JL, smoother sounding without the harshness. Go to your local dealer and compare, bring your own tunes. Do your homework and make sure your OK with your decision.
